ShapeShift Glock 22 Shoulder Holster by Alien Gear Holsters

There's something comforting about a Glock shoulder holster. An industry standard carry gun and a classic carry style go hand-in-hand.

The ShapeShift Glock 22 Shoulder Holster, however, seeks to modernize shoulder carry with improved modularity, comfort, fitment and functionality.

Let's start with the materials: resilient English Bridle Leather was sourced domestically for all straps and harnesses, CoolVent™ Neoprene was sewn beneath leather for cushioning and sweat wicking qualities, and elastic bands were included within the harness for improvements to comfort and fitment.

The contoured harness is centered between the shoulder blades, rests over the shoulders, connects beneath the armpit (with adjustable ride height) and hooks onto the waist. Elastic was also attached to the waistline hooks, allowing it to fit more comfortably with more body types.

The belt hooks pull the holster in close to the body for better concealment and provides an anchor while drawing from the injection-molded polymer shell.

The holster and magazine platforms below the armpit may be canted downward or upward for personal preference and comfort — meaning the firearm's muzzle can be directed to the ground when holstered.

For added security, there are three levels retention, each optional. An adjustable passive retention unit is secured to the polymer shell, and two active retention devices can be added or removed based on personal preference, those being a thumb release and a thumb break.
