There are 1911 AIWB holster designs that can conceal well, but aren't that comfortable. There are some that are comfortable, but don't conceal too well. Some pretty much have to be worn as they come from the factory, and some can be adjusted by the wearer.

The backer is comprised of multiple layers of material, designed to carry comfortably while still providing sufficient support for your pistol. The backlayer is closed-cell neoprene, which cushions you while wear it and repels sweat and other moisture to keep the holster dry. The middle layer is spring steel, which flexes while being worn to keep the gun secured but also to firmly anchor the holster to the wearer. The top layer is a durable textured fabric that helps hold the gun but won't mar the finish.

The ShapeShift retention bar can also be added to the holster, and you can dial in the precise retention setting you want. Set the draw to exactly how you want it, not how the holster design dictates.
