The Cloak Mod Beretta APX Combat Paddle Holster OWB is an iron-tough OWB for those times when concealment is the last thing on your mind. Perfect for range days, the outdoors or open carry when active retention isn't called for, this open-top holster has you covered for exactly those applications.

The Cloak Mod APX Combat OWB holster starts with a hard polymer base, creating a strong, stable platform to draw from and reholster to. Along with the thermoelastomer textured surface, this creates a solid platform that helps hold your pistol perfectly in place when inserted.

Retention comes from a custom-molded holster shell, made for the APX Combat. Passive retention is adjustable via the mounting hardware, and customizable with the included Parts Pack.

Passive retention is further reinforced by the addition of a spring steel flex plate. The plate bends when you insert the pistol, acting as a passive retention assist. When you draw the gun, it relaxes. The holster puts extra tension on the gun when holstered, and is therefore more secure than any other open-top APX Combat OWB on the market.

The standard attachment is the Alien Gear Holsters' paddle design, contoured for comfortable carry and featuring a retention lip for a more secure connection. However, we also include a belt slide attachment, which you can install instead of the paddle if so desired. The belt attachment can also be canted if you prefer a slight forward or rearward cant to your holster.

The Cloak Mod holster can also be attached to our Drop Leg platform and Driver Defense car holster if so desired, and used with our Cloak Dock OWB Holster Mount.
