The ShapeShift Glock 22 Core Carry Pack is designed to change what you can expect from a holster. It isn't a holster like the other ones in your holster drawer; it's a modular carry system, designed to change configuration so you can carry exactly how you want to, when you want to. The design of the ShapeShift is such that you can alter the form of the holster in seconds, switching nearly seamlessly between holster configurations.

No other Glock 22 gun holster can offer you the same kind of versatility of the ShapeShift.

How the ShapeShift works is the shell system, which was devised after two years of research and development. Part of that development is a friction-locking frame rail on the outside of the shell, which locks into the docking rail on the provided holster backers or can lock with a second ShapeShift shell for a full-wrap pancake holster configuration.

Simply choose which holster configuration you want. You can also install the included retention bar, which can be dialed to precisely the retention setting you desire.

If you want to conceal a Glock 22 inside the waistband, dock the ShapeShift shell with the large backer. This backer has the traditional winged IWB design, and is similar to our award-winning Cloak Tuck 3.0 holster as it has the same neoprene backpad and spring steel core. Just like our other IWB holsters, the belt clips are adjustable for ride height and cant. However, it has been streamlined for even greater comfort, and you'll notice the difference once you tuck it in.

Or, if you would rather carry in a Glock 22 AIWB holster, attach the shell to the smaller backer and install the appendix carry belt clip. The clip can be adjusted for cant angle, in case you need a forward cant carrying closer to the strong side front pocket or a negative cant if you prefer to appendix carry on the weak side.

You can also attach the belt slide clips to the smaller backer for a high riding belt slide Glock 22 OWB holster. This holster configuration carries outside the waistband, but rides high and tight to the wearer and conceals easily under light outerwear.

However, you can also attach the two half-shells for a pancake-style holster made from ultra-durable polymer that will never break, warp or fray under normal conditions. Insert the belt clip attachment, and deploy as a Glock 22 paddle holster or attach the belt slide for use as a belt slide. In this configuration, an active retention device can be attached to the ShapeShift so it can be used as a Glock 22 retention holster.
